Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern use of regolyn.com and the Regolyn application, operated by Regolyn Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Regolyn”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you use Regolyn for work, the company you represent.

1. The service

Regolyn maps your described AI use against a curated library of published obligations, scores readiness, and drafts preparation artifacts. Output depends on the accuracy and completeness of what you provide.

2. Not legal advice

Regolyn provides preparation and drafting assistance, not legal advice, legal opinions, or certification of compliance. No attorney-client relationship is created. You are responsible for having qualified counsel review anything that matters before relying on it. This allocation of responsibility is a core term of the bargain, reflected in the price.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You must be at least 16 and authorized to bind the company whose data you enter. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

4. Plans and billing

Prices are listed at regolyn.com/pricing in US dollars and billed in US dollars worldwide. Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without refunds for partial periods except where the law requires them. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal. Where checkout is not yet enabled, upgrade requests join a waitlist and no charge occurs.

5. Your data

You own what you put in and what Regolyn drafts for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models. Export and deletion are self-serve.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, and no entering data you have no right to enter
  • No probing, scraping at scale, reselling, or benchmarking for a competing service
  • No attempts to extract the obligation library wholesale or to prompt the engine outside its purpose

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is complete, current, or suited to your specific legal situation, which is exactly why section 2 exists.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You can stop using Regolyn and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach with notice and a reasonable chance to cure where practical. Sections 2, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive.

10. Governing law and changes

Delaware law governs, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts of Delaware, and each party waives jury trial. If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change applies. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
