Answers first, ticket if needed

The short versions of everything people ask, grouped. If yours is not here, the form at the bottom reaches a person within one business day.

Getting started

Run your first readiness check

Sign up, then open the guided intake. It asks how your company uses AI in plain words: each use case, who it touches, whether a human reviews outcomes, and whether people are told. Paste your vendor list and any existing policy text if you have them; both sharpen the mapping.

On the free plan, pick your two most consequential use cases. Hiring tools and anything customer-facing are usually the right choices, because that is where obligations concentrate.

Run the check. In about a minute you get mapped obligations per use case, a readiness score, gaps in plain language with a first step each, and drafted artifacts: register entries, policy sections, and vendor questions. Everything is editable, and you can re-run after changes.

What the free plan includes

The free plan runs the full engine on up to two use cases, with up to ten checks per month. Mapping, score, gaps, and drafts are all real and complete for those use cases.

The Company plan removes the use case cap, keeps your mapping current as the obligation library updates, and unlocks the full drafting set across your whole register. Scale adds multiple entities and more seats.

Limits are enforced on the server, so what you see is what the product actually does.

Your data

Export or delete your data

Settings has both buttons, and they do what they say.

Export downloads a single JSON file with your account facts, your intake, and your latest assessment. It is complete: there is no other copy of your answers held elsewhere.

Delete removes your account, intake, and assessments immediately and permanently. There is no soft-delete state and no retention window. If you signed in with Google, deleting the Regolyn account does not touch your Google account.

Is our data used for training?

No. Your intake is sent to a model provider only to produce your assessment, under API terms that exclude training on your content. Regolyn stores your intake and results to show them back to you, and for nothing else.

We do not sell data, we do not build cross-customer datasets from your answers, and the export file shows you the entirety of what we hold.

Billing

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel

Pricing is in USD, worldwide. Upgrades take effect immediately; your existing intake and results carry over unchanged.

Cancel any time and the plan runs out at the end of the billing period, then the account returns to the free plan with your data intact. Deleting your account is separate and always available in Settings.

In deployments where billing is not yet live, the upgrade buttons join a waitlist instead, and we email you when checkout opens.

The engine

How Regolyn maps obligations

Regolyn keeps a curated, versioned library of obligations: real rules, summarized in plain language, each with the conditions that make it apply. The model reads your intake and maps each use case against that library only. It cannot cite a rule that is not in the library, which is how we keep hallucinated law out of your assessment.

When your answers leave a fact unknown, the engine is instructed to ask rather than assume, so your result includes open questions instead of silent guesses.

When the library updates, your assessment can be re-run against the new version, and the changelog notes what changed. See How the AI works for the full pipeline.
