How it works
Twenty minutes of honest answers, then the map
No integrations, no workshops. Regolyn works from what you can say about your own company, and tells you when it needs a fact it does not have.
How it works
From messy reality to a mapped register in an afternoon
No connectors, no workshops, no forty-tab spreadsheet. Answers in, obligations and drafts out, with reasons you can check.

Describe how you use AI
A guided questionnaire in plain words: each use case, who it touches, whether a human reviews it, whether people are told. Paste your vendor list and any policies you already have. Ten to twenty minutes, no integration.

- 02
Regolyn maps the obligations and scores readiness
Each use case is mapped against a curated, versioned library of real obligations: EU AI Act duties for AI users, state laws like Colorado and NYC, GDPR automated decision rules, FTC positions. You get a readiness score and every mapping carries its reason.

- 03
Review gaps, adopt drafts
Gaps arrive in plain language with a concrete first step each. Regolyn drafts the artifacts the rules keep asking for: AI-use register entries, policy sections, vendor questions. Edit, copy, regenerate, export. Re-run when the rules move.

Expectations
What goes in, what comes out
What you need before starting
- A rough list of where AI shows up in your company, even informal
- Where you operate and hire, countries and US states
- Optional but powerful: your vendor list and any existing policy text
What you leave with
- Every use case classified with the obligations that reach it, and why
- A readiness score with a written rationale you can forward
- Gaps ranked by severity, each with a first step someone can do this week
- Drafted register entries, policy sections, and vendor questions
What happens after
- Edit and adopt the drafts; export the pack for counsel or customers
- Re-run after fixes and watch the score respond
- When the obligation library updates, re-check against the new version
The free plan runs this whole loop on two use cases. Company removes the cap and keeps the mapping current as rules change. And throughout: preparation, not legal advice. How we hold that line
See where you stand this week
The free plan runs a real readiness check on two use cases: mapped obligations, a score, plain-language gaps, and drafted artifacts. Ten minutes of answers, no card.
